Careers at Archer

Empower Girls to Change the World

Empowering young women to discover their passions and realize their true potential is at the core of what we do.

Join a professional community that is nationally recognized for its transformational teaching and learning. Archer faculty enjoy a vibrant professional culture fueled by a commitment to excellence in teaching and learning, a spirit of innovation, and a shared belief in the capacity of every student in our care.

Even if you don’t have every qualification listed in the job descriptions, we encourage you to apply. Studies show that women and people of color are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet every single qualification. Diverse backgrounds, perspectives, identities, and experiences enrich our school culture and contribute to our kind and inclusive community.

If you are new to teaching, consider our Teacher Apprentice Program (TAP). This year-long program offers aspiring teachers hands-on classroom experience under the mentorship of expert teachers.
