We are now seeking Purpose Fellows to work with our team on our incubator projects or on client engagements. Fellows will take on a specific incubator project or work in a department (strategy; UX; design; technology) for a 3-6 month period on a full-time or near-full time basis.

Here are some examples of the type of work you may undertake as a Fellow:

* Working with Purpose staff to develop and operationalize our incubator movements, e.g., a global movement for LGBT rights

* Developing business plans for and pursuing entrepreneurial ventures in the new social and green economy, e.g., sustainable food, electric vehicles, etc

* Serving as a core member of client engagement teams as a strategist, interaction designers, technologist, etc

* Developing cutting-edge thinking on behavioral change, community-building and social action - and how engaging people online can help facilitate change

 Prospective Purpose Fellows are:

 * Deeply committed to our mission of building movements to address the world's biggest challenges

* Experienced in or excited about a start-up, growth business or dynamic non-profit operating environment

* Flexible and entrepreneurial and want to work with our interdisciplinary team to build creative solutions to complex problems
