Summer Athletic Camps

Archer's summer sports program offers Middle School camps and Upper School competitions. Given Archer's rise in competitive sports, the summer has become the "fourth season" for athletics. 
 
Upper School is for incoming 9-12 grade students.
Middle School is for incoming 6-8 grade students.

  • CATE Sports Academy: Monday, July 8 - Friday, August 2

    CSA places an emphasis on both athletic advancement and personal development. Regardless of your chosen sport, you will interact with all athletes during group activities to foster friendships and a sense of community during your time on the Mesa. Sleep-away and day programs available.

  • UCLA Elite Swim Academy: Friday, June 21, to Sunday, June 23

    This academy is a technique-based weekend swim camp run by UCLA's renouned coaching staff and college swimmers. The program is open to boys and girls ages 9-18.

    Dates: Friday, June 21, to Sunday, June 23
    Cost: $690 for those who wish to stay at the UCLA dorms during the camp; $530 for those who prefer to be dropped off and picked up each day.

  • Cate Sports Academy: July 8 - Friday, August 2

    Day and residential options are available for students in 6th-11th grades. Participants will have 5-6 hours of sports training each day and evening activities and field trips at night. They will also have opportunities to swim and play ping pong and relax during non-sports hours.

  • Sports Industry Academy: Sunday, July 21 - Friday, July 26

    The Sport Industry Academy Summer Program at UC Santa Barbara provides mature high school scholars from across the country with an introduction to the Sports Industry. Scholars will be taught the inner- workings of the sports industry by prominent sports business executives. In addition, Sports Industry Scholars will be provided with an introduction to the academic environment of UC Santa Barbara and receive an exclusive and comprehensive daylong workshop on how to navigate the university admissions process.

    Dates: Sunday, July 21 - Friday, July 26
    Cost: $1,595 for early-bird registration; $1,895 after Friday, March 15
