Advisory

Archer's advisory program creates a space that fosters conversation and connection while providing students with support and advocacy. Each advisory is made up of 7-10 students from the same grade and their faculty or staff advisor who serves as the first point of contact for advisees and their parents for academic and social issues. Advisories meet twice a week to check in, plan for upcoming events, debrief assemblies or meetings, and enjoy each other's company. Advisors also facilitate yearly student-led conferences, during which students prepare a presentation reflecting on their progress throughout the year and their goals for the future.
