LA Times Features Archer Alum's Efforts to Help the Homeless

Archer alumna Bella Baskin '08 was featured in the Los Angeles Times in March for her approach to helping homeless individuals in the Los Angeles area.
Through her Bless It Bag venture, people can buy bags filled with hygiene products and snacks to give to the homeless instead of cash. “There’s this dynamic of ‘I don’t care,’” Bella told the LA Times. “I want caring to be cool. I want that to be what we’re spreading.” She was also interviewed on LA Times Today, which provides daily video updates from the newspaper.
