What new passion or interest did you discover while at Archer? At Archer, we are taught to embrace challenges. In English class, we often present in front of our peers. In elementary school, I used to feel intimidated by speaking in front of groups, but at Archer, we’re encouraged to explore areas that might feel uncomfortable at first. Over time, I realized that public speaking has become a strength of mine, and something I actually enjoy. That’s why I’ve decided to try speech and debate.
Which Archer tradition or activity do you look forward to each school year? My favorite Archer tradition is the Halloween celebration! Archer takes this holiday very seriously. The best part is seeing the students and teachers get dressed up. The seniors set up a haunted house, as well as competitions like pumpkin decorating and costume fashion shows. It's fun to see the entire school get spirited and silly!
