"The Archer community is so committed and dynamic; there are no preconceived notions about what type of person should take on a specific role. Building something that helps to further such important values has given me a sense of purpose I’ve never had at any other job. Operating through a major campus overhaul is no small feat and being able to accomplish such an undertaking is a testament to the community. The black box performing arts studio is a part of the campus that I’m most excited about. From many angles, this was one of the most challenging parts of the project. To watch it come together has made all of those challenges more than worthwhile.

 

I’m excited to see the multitude of ways Archer will use this highly flexible space. I am especially thankful to have such a fun and supportive team in Janet Lyon and Jane Davis, who have given me so many opportunities to grow."
