Athletics Program

Archer Athletics is committed to empowering girls through sport. Student-athletes embrace competition to become more confident, empowered individuals. Competition is an integral part of our athletics program, where students learn how to lead, be a part of a team, and develop the skills necessary to be successful in sports, the classroom, and beyond. Aligned with the school’s mission, Archer Athletics values teamwork, leadership, integrity, and respect. With 11 different sports and 22 teams in our Middle School and Upper School programs, every student has an opportunity to get involved. Archer’s Middle School teams compete in the Pacific Basin League, and Upper School is a member of the CIF Southern Section and competes in the Gold Coast League. Archer’s variety of sports offers students the opportunity to explore their athletics interests, immerse themselves in an inclusive team experience, and create a lifelong love of sport. Beyond team sport participation, Archer offers a sport-specific strength & conditioning program to further support students’ athletic goals. In addition, the Athlete Leadership Council (ALC) provides opportunities for students to build their leadership, networking, and communication skills. Overall, Archer’s Athletic program aims to consistently refine, innovate, and cultivate a space where athletes feel supported and empowered to be their very best. Upon graduation, a majority of Archer athletes continue their athletics experience at the individual, club, or collegiate level. Regardless of the level of continued sports participation, we provide the pathway and resources for them to realize their true potential.
