Rachel Mandelbaum '08

Rachel is a Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility specialist at HRC Fertility in West LA and Beverly Hills and is on faculty in Obstetrics and Gynecology at USC Keck School of Medicine. She completed medical school at the David Geffen School of Medicine and did her residency and fellowship training at LA County Medical Center + USC. With over 100 peer-reviewed publications, Rachel has contributed significantly to the field of reproductive medicine and is committed to pushing the envelope through both basic and clinical research. Most notably, Rachel created a new method for IVF medication administration called “Needle-Free IVF” which has made a positive impact not only on her own fertility journey but also on so many of her patients by removing the need for frequent injections. In addition to clinical practice, she adores her two toddlers, Aaron and Miles, and juggling life with her husband Landon, who is an orthopedic surgeon. Rachel was a member of the Archer Alumni Board from 2018 – 2022, and her favorite day of the year is coming back to the Archer campus to speak with the Archer senior class about women’s health, fertility, and gynecology before they head off to college.
