Archer Leads the Liberty League Tournament with 8 players

Archer places second in the Liberty League and Sends off 3 doubles teams and 2 singles teams to the Liberty League tournament. Archer represented the most players in the league based on their season rankings. A sweet ending to their tennis careers at Archer, Seniors Izzy Simanowitz, Elyse Pollack and Rachel Ferrera were represented at the tournament. Freshman Lexie Ben-Meir won both rounds and placed her in the finals for singles. The doubles team of Chloe Richards and Chloe Eshel also won both rounds which placed them to play the finals on Wednesday. The will to win was evident despite the near 100 degree temperature. All the teams displayed toughness and solid tennis skills which capped off a great season.
