Archer Student's 'When We All Vote' Team Receives a Celebrity Surprise

Addison L. '21 and her fellow When We All Vote volunteers met over Zoom in September, as they often do to discuss ways to boost voter participation. The seemingly routine meeting quickly turned into a memorable one, with Conan O'Brien and former First Lady Michelle Obama making a surprise appearance to thank the volunteers for their hard work.
Addison first became involved through Archer's chapter of the organization, which Mrs. Obama launched in 2018 with Tom Hanks, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Janelle Monae, Chris Paul, Faith Hill, and Tim McGraw. O'Brien aired the video of his Zoombombing on his late night show the week of Monday, September 21.
