Hermanas Unidas and Archer Library Kick Off Hispanic Heritage Month

Celebrations for Hispanic Heritage Month, from September 15 to October 15, have started at Archer. Hermanas Unidas Exec Board member Samantha G. ’23 has curated a photography show that explores Chicano culture and the Latine community in Los Angeles. Students can check out Samantha’s photos in the World Language hallway, and Archer community members can watch this video to learn more about Samantha’s inspiration. The Archer Library has also put together a book display featuring Hispanic and Latinx writers.
Stay tuned for more about Hispanic Heritage Month celebrations on Archer’s campus and follow @archerschoolforgirls on Instagram and TikTok for updates.
