Archer board member and parent Tiffany Smith-Anoa'i was featured in the December 2016 issue of Essence. She talked about her role as the Executive Vice-President of Diversity, Inclusion & Communications at CBS Entertainment and how she leads the conversation surrounding content diversity on TV.

Excerpt from the interview:

We look to television and media overall to define social norms. Those images travel around the globe and inform people about how we should be treated. Many marginalized communities have only seen themselves reflected one way, which might not always be positive. But people. especially children, need to see themselves in more than one way. When we see ourselves. there is a feeling of, Oh. I can do that too. whatever it might be.
