The Archer School for Girls values and respects your privacy. This policy governs our Web site data collection via www.archer.org. By using Archer’s Web site, you are deemed to have consented to the practices described in this policy.

  • Collection of Personal Information

    Archer does not collect any personal information unless you voluntarily provide it by sending us e-mail or completing an on-line form. Archer shall keep confidential any personal information that we collect such as first and last name, electronic mail address, home or other physical address, telephone number, and fax number.
  • Use of Personal Information

    Archer will inform you of the purpose for our collection of information. We do not intend to transfer or otherwise share your personal information to third parties without your consent, except under the limited conditions described below. If you choose to provide us with your personal information, the information will be stored on a secure server and we will use that information at Archer or we may transfer it to third party service provider as necessary to fulfill your request (e.g., to ship an order). Archer will not record your credit card number after a transaction is complete.

    Archer may also use the information to which we have access to contact you in the future to provide you with or solicit other information, including changes to this policy, and to let you know of additional products or services that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of any future contacts from Archer at any time.

    Archer, through our web service provider, may also collect anonymous, non-personally identifiable electronic information about your computer hardware and software during your use of our Web site. This aggregated information may be used by Archer for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Archer Web site.     Archer does not track our visitors over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) headers.

    Archer strives to protect your personal information; however, we urge you to take every precaution to protect your personal data when you are on the Internet. Please take proactive steps to secure your personal data, such as frequently changing your passwords.

    Archer’s Web site may contain links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. Archer encourages you to learn about the privacy practices and policies of those companies.

    Archer reserves the right to change, modify or update this policy at any time without notice. Any substantial changes in the way Archer uses your personal information will be posted on this site.

The Archer School for Girls admits students of any race, color, religion, national and ethnic origin, sexual orientation or other legally protected status to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national and ethnic origin, sexual orientation or other legally protected status in its hiring or in the administration of its educational policies and programs, admissions policies, financial aid programs or other school-administered programs. 

The Archer School for Girls’ mission is to educate students in an environment specifically designed for girls. As such, the school will consider any candidate for admission who identifies as a girl. Once admitted to Archer, all students in good academic standing who abide by Archer’s code of conduct and who meet requirements for graduation will be eligible to receive an Archer diploma, regardless of any change in sexual identity or other legally protected status.
