For College Reps

Information for college representatives is below, including Archer's profile and directions to our campus and other area schools. If you have any questions please contact Marla Terry in the College Guidance Office at 310-873-7060 or mterry@archer.org.

Visiting Archer

Archer enthusiastically welcomes visits from college representatives during the fall. Please arrange for your visit after the second week of September. Students, with permission, may miss class to attend college visits—you will only meet with 11th and 12th grade students as well as with one of the college counselors. Should you have any of our students on your mailing list, feel free to forward the list to us and we will notify them of your upcoming visit.

Because of Archer’s transportation rules, students are on campus all day, so attendance at college visits is equally strong in the morning or afternoon. Students are not on campus or available to attend college visits before or after school hours. You may arrange to visit for one class period (up to 60 minutes) or during lunch time (40 minutes). Click here to download our daily schedule. Please note that the 10:00 a.m. time slot on Wednesdays and Fridays is unavailable for college representative visits.

To arrange your visit to Archer, please email Marla Terry at mterry@archer.org with your preferred date and time. We begin booking fall appointments in late August and complete all visits at the end of October.

Therefore, Archer will notify colleges to which a student is applying, has been admitted or is matriculating, of a student’s suspension and/or probation."
